HPD Going After Waikiki Street Performers

The Honolulu Police Department seems to be cracking down on Waikiki street performers, making arrests and confiscating their belongings.

Civil Beat intern Alia Wong explored the issue in her piece today, and asked HPD why there’s such an emphasis on street performers all of sudden.
